Quote of the Week
In the fourth grade, students are expected to draw or make inferences with a variety of texts. This can be challenging and is often an essential skill that students struggle with, throughout the year. In an effort to help build this skill, we will be analyzing a quote each week.
Here's what our efforts will look like each day: Monday: What clue words help you make inferences to determine the meaning of the quote? Tuesday: What do you think the message of this quote is? Why? Wednesday: How can you apply this message to your life? What can you do differently to apply this message to your life? Thursday: Who would you life to share this quote with? Why? How would this quote help them? Challenge: Design a poster that displays the Quote of the Week. |
